#6 - Get Regular and Consistent Sleep!

This is nothing new, but it never hurts to be reminded.

Lack of sleep and chronic stress can lead to conditions like insomnia, impaired immune system, and digestive disorders. Not only are these conditions unpleasant they can also lead to weight gain or even heart disease.


Lack of sleep and stress also wreak havoc on your appearance.

Dark circles, puffiness, wrinkles, and worry lines. Having a good night time routine, getting at least 8 hours of sleep and managing stress levels is important.
