#3 - Soak Up Sunshine!

Soak up a few moments of sunshine every day!

This sounds simple enough, especially here in beautiful Arizona, but as we can see from Modern Aging tip 2, many of our seniors have a hard time simply being active. If we can get in a habit of being outside and enjoying the day, taking in some much needed Vitamin D, the body will respond and both the cognitive and physical functioning of each person will be impacted.
