Sounds easy enough, right??

Think again, too often as we age we are limited both mentally and physically from chronic pain. This cognitive and mental setback with pain limits not only the thought of being active but truly can immobilize us on what are true intent as human beings is, and that is to NEVER STOP MOVING!

We all know that exercise and physical activity can help you stay fit and strong.

You don't have to go to a gym to exercise. Just changing up your routine from the simplest tasks can go a long way in stimulating both the mental and physical functioning that will in turn start the process of you being more active.

Talk to your healthcare provider about safe ways that you can be active.
